We attended the wedding of some friends at the Highlander Inn
in Manchester, NH last summer and were immediately impressed. Everything from the grounds, to the food,
to the general feeling were wonderful, and we can't wait to have our own wedding there. |

Guests will have a choice of Prime Rib or Chicken Italia (Chicken with Plum Tomatoes, Basil, Garlic, and a white wine sauce).
We are going up for our tasting in July, so a detailed critique is on its way! |

Cake
|
Our cake has the same design as the cake to the left, except that it is NOT blue. Instead, it has a white buttercream
frosting, with the design and the beading in a cream caramel color. Inside, the cake is a nice delicate spice cake, with
alternating layers of apple marmalade and caramel buttercream filling. Amazing! Jacque's
in Suncook, NH is the Baker. |

Photography |
Sue Lojko and her daughter will be doing the photography at our wedding. She works through a firm called
Best Value Photography. Though we were a little wary
of the name, we've seen their work, and were extremely impressed by the quality, style, and ummm, value of their
work. |

Music |
We contracted with Ken Dionne of
Main Event DJs. The service as a whole came at the recommendation of the Highlander, and we met Ken at a bridal show
and seemed to click right away. |
